Hello, Greenville!
Hope everyone is having a great week thus far! I’m back for the Week 9 review of my Sportsclub360 Experience. This past week as you probably noticed was such a miserable rainy week! Which for me is always hard to workout because I rather just be curling up on the couch and watching TV. But I knew I would feel so much better if I went to the gym to get moving and got some dopamine flowing through my body. It’s truly amazing what a good workout can do to your mood, especially on a gray, humid, and wet day!
This week I continued to workout in the functional weight area to build up my strength. The Sportsclub is so great because it has plenty of machines, space, and weights where you never feel like it’s too crowded! On Saturday morning I went to the gym and the visiting team (playing the Greenville Drive) were there, so there were plenty of baseball players! Due to the busy morning at the gym I ended up venturing upstairs where I normally don’t go and I got whole new view of the gym. The upstairs has plenty of dumbbells, weight machines, and barbells. It’s funny how you go into the same place and have the same routine that you don’t even realize what you’re missing. It was a great change and I will definitely have more exploring to do!
I’m excited for a nice week ahead at the gym and making it more of a priority to get in there more regularly. I’m truly enjoying Sportsclub due to all the amenities, convenience, friendly staff and members. I’ve been to many gyms, but never really felt like a member until I joined the Sportsclub (so thank YOU!) I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a gym with true southern hospitality, great equipment, and many group workout classes. More to come!
