Join us at Passerelle Bistro for “A Taste of Lyon” — a one-night-only 5-course French-inspired wine dinner with thoughtful pairings from Burgundy and Beaujolais.

Menu Highlights:
• Course 1: Caramelized onion galette, truffle crème fraîche, trout roe & chives + 2023 Domaine Guillaume Curveux (Mâcon Fuissé)
• Course 2: Salad Lyonnaise ~ frisée heart, bacon lardons, shaved red onion, fried goat cheese, cured egg yolks, sherry vinaigrette, gruyere crostini + 2023 Pascal Aufranc (Chénas)
• Course 3: Prosciutto-wrapped seared scallop, citrus-fennel slaw, blood orange vinaigrette, pistachio bread crumb + 2023 Domaine Robert Perroud (“L’Enfer des Balloquets” – Brouilly)
• Course 4: Sliced grilled strip loin, persillade, potato purée, baby heirloom carrots + 2024 Yohan Lardy (Les Michelins – Moulin à Vent)
• Course 5: Lemon tart, fresh raspberry Chambord coulis, fresh berries + 2024 Jean Michel Dupre Rosé Pet-Nat “Accrobulles”
