Foxcroft Food & Wine will host a Laurent-Perrier Champagne Dinner on Thursday, September 11th at 7 pm. The evening will feature a five-course menu with pairings that highlight the house’s celebrated portfolio, including La Cuvée with black truffle roasted oysters, Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature and Ultra Brut with smoked salmon, 2015 Vintage Brut with duck confit, Cuvée Rosé with braised short rib, and Demi-Sec “Harmony” with a fresh berry tart.
