Stop by and sip on something new! We are opening up our newest, most exciting bottles for a complimentary tasting hosted by Joseph from Kellogg Selections.
Meet Kyle Martin, a culinary expert with a passion for good food. At 16, he started his first kitchen job and went on to attend culinary school. After interning at Artisanal in Banner Elk, Kyle moved to Wilmington, NC, where he worked at Manna & Surfhouse. Now, Kyle is excited to bring his talent for cooking seafood and working sustainably with farmers to the High Country, where he’ll be introducing French Mediterranean cuisine for Cafè Violette in Blowing Rock, NC. We are excited to welcome back Chef Kyle Martin for a fantastic, featured menu for one night only!
