Ruck to Remember at Evolve

“Ruck to Remember” is a Memorial Day community event co-hosted by RuckGVL and Evolve, designed to honor, challenge, and connect. The morning will begin at Evolve, located in Unity Park inside The Commons, with a brief opening ceremony including a moment of silence, the playing of the National Anthem, and remarks from a veteran guest speaker who will share the significance of Memorial Day and the purpose behind coming together for this ruck and workout.

Following the ceremony, participants will take part in a guided group ruck combined with a HIIT-style workout. Bringing the community together for a purposeful and energizing experience.

After the workout, participants are invited to continue at Evolve with a 2-hour Free Flow recovery session, featuring access to sauna and cold exposure to support recovery and overall wellness.

This event is not only about fitness and community, but also about giving back—50% of proceeds will benefit Upstate Warrior Solution, supporting local veterans and their families.

Registration Options:

• Ruck + Workout Only: Free
• Full Experience ($45): Includes ruck workout, limited edition event t-shirt (must pre-order by May 7th), and 2-hour Free Flow recovery session at Evolve. A portion of all registrations will be donated to Upstate Warrior Solution.

Workout Format:
Participants will meet at Evolve. The workout will consist of:

• 3 rounds of a 0.5-mile ruck
• Each round followed by a 5–8 minute HIIT circuit
• Total workout time: approximately 55 minutes

Schedule:
9-10:15am: Group Ruck + HIIT Workout
10:15am-12:15pm: Free Flow Recovery Session at Evolve
