Greenville Events Preview 2020…
It’s a new year and Greenville has exciting plans for 2020! Old favorites and new happenings are on the horizon. While there’s no way to list all the events Greenville has in store, here’s just a few you don’t want to miss…
Wedding Festivals
Saturday, February 1st 10am-3pm at the Greenville Convention Center. If you’re a bride-to-be, or just obsessed with the movie, 24 Dresses (do you remember that movie?!), don’t miss this festival full of workshops and exhibits!
St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Irish Festival
Saturday, March 14th, 11am at NOMA Square. Don’t forget to wear your GREEN! You can support 360 and not get pinched all at the same time. The event features music and dancing along with Irish inspired food and drinks.
Downtown Alive
Thursday, March 19th 5:30-8:30pm at NOMA Square. Live music, drinks and local vendors every Thursday through March 19th-August 27th.
Main Street Fridays
Friday, March 20th 5:30-9:30pm at NOMA Square. More live music, drinks, a kid zone and local vendors every Friday through March 20th-September 25th.
SC Comicon
Saturday-Sunday, March 28-29th at Greenville Convention Center. Comic book fans unite! Join this 2-day comic and pop-culture convention. Say hi to Spider-Man for us!
iMAGINE Upstate
Saturday, April 4, 11am-5pm Downtown Greenville. A celebration of Math, Engineering, Arts and Technology – parents, this is one time you won’t regret getting an early start to your Saturday. This is a personal favorite of mine!
Saturday Farmer Markets
Greenville – Main Street & McBee Avenue 8am-12pm, Saturdays May-October
Greer – Greer City Park 8:30am12pm, Saturdays May 11-October
Travelers Rest – Trailblazer Park, 8:30am-12pm, Saturdays May-September

Moonlight Movies
Every Wednesday in May and September (first one on May 6th & September 2nd) at Falls Park. Play trivia with them before the show and movies begin at sundown. A local food truck and Poppington’s Popcorn will be on-site each movie night.
Artisphere
Friday-Sunday, May 8-10th, Main Street Downtown Greenville. Talented artists and award-winning restaurants gather in one spot. You will NOT be disappointed with the creativity that fills our colorful street.
The Greek Festival
Friday-Sunday, May 14-17th, St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Experience everything from authentic Greek food to live music and folk dancing (you know you wanna folk dance.) Spend four days strolling through vendors and don’t forget to stop by the Carnival Playland Corner with the kids!
Brew in the Zoo
Friday, May 29th 6:30pm Greenville Zoo Adult “kids” are invited to explore the zoo after hours while enjoying live music and sampling an assortment of beers.
Red, White & Blue Fireworks
Saturday, July 4th 5-10pm, Downtown Greenville. Features live music on two stages and a variety of food and beverage vendors. The event takes place on Main Street from Broad Street to Augusta Street.
Euphoria Greenville
Thursday-Sunday, September 17-20th, Downtown Greenville. Eat. Sip. Listen. Thirty nine (yummy) events, fifteen live musical performances and over one hundred chef and beverage specialists. Need I say more? Not only does Euphoria provide excellent cuisine and entertainment, but proceeds are distributed through annual grants to local charities.
Fall for Greenville
Friday-Sunday, October 9-11th, Downtown Greenville. You do not want to miss this three day smorgasbord of food, drinks and entertainment all along Main Street!
Poinsettia Christmas Parade
Saturday, December 5, 6-7:30pm Main Street Downtown Greenville. For more than seventy five years, the Poinsettia Parade has ushered in more than decorative floats. It has signaled the beginning of the Christmas season. Bring your friends and a car full of kids to enjoy the sights and sounds of the holidays.
EXTRAORDINARY talent is coming to The Well in 2020. Such as Cirque du Soleil, Dancing with the Stars, Monster Jam, SEC Women’s Basketball, Adam Sandler and much, much more!
