Yuletide Magic at Escape Artist Greenville…
Oh come all ye faithful escape room lovers! It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Escape Artist Greenville. Their new room is not something yule want to miss.
Yuletide Magic is just that. Magic. I’m sitting here trying to come up with creative words to describe our night. All I really want to say is, I loved every minute of it!
My first trip to Escape Artist (a couple of years ago) was a blast, but our group needed more assistance than a phone conversation could offer. This time, I wanted to make sure we’d have more luck escaping than we had getting out of the downtown parking building Saturday afternoon. Seriously, anyone else get turned around and confused in parking garages? Asking for a friend.
Taking an engineer and an eight year old turned out to be just the right combo. We were able to conquer Yuletide Magic! <Insert pat on the back here>
The Christmas theme begins in a winter wonderland of snow. A snow storm has ruined your plans and delayed your guests. It’s up to you to make Christmas happen this year. Christmas music plays continuously, making spirits bright. A message center cleverly disguised as a window warns of incoming clues to help along the way. I’m so thankful for the clues.
When facing a challenge like Escape Artist, taking along those who “think outside the box” is beneficial. This little elf was a big help and had the best time. Yuletide Magic is the perfect adventure for the whole family.
It takes me weeks to get into the Christmas spirit each year. I have a hard time “feeling it.” Yuletide Magic was just the inspiration I needed. I don’t know who designs the rooms, but hello Peace Center Production! They outdid themselves with this one. And shout-out to our guide, Josh. His festive interaction was a treat for everyone, especially the eight year old elf.
If you’re not in the Christmas spirit when you arrive, you will be when you leave. Yuletide Magic is best for groups of 2-8 people. And by 2-8, we mean, try to bring eight because the more the merrier!
Thank you, Escape Artist Greenville, for a memorable night of holiday entertainment!
You can book your own Yuletide Magic experience here. They also have several other escape rooms to choose from that include Dr. Fratelli’s Cabin, Fallout, Starlight Motel, Inventor’s Enigma and Classified. Happy Holidays (and escaping!)
