Out with the old and in with the new. The New Year has just arrived! Happy New Year! I want you all to take an inventory of what no longer serves you, (people, places and things) and let them go. Then make an inventory of what may serve you now in a beautiful, loving, successful way and bring those people, places and things into your life. You deserve a loving, healthy, successful life what ever that may look like to you. So start to cultivate your new garden.
Starting over and letting go can bring up a ton of fear. I want you to walk through the fear. Imagine what you want your life to be like from this day forth. Imagine where you want to be, how you want to behave, what you want to be doing and what kinds of people do you want to take on this journey with you. What does it look like? What does it feel like? Write all of this down and visualize it in your mind’s eye. This should allow you to be able to walk through the fear and stat designing the new changes you want for your life.
If you need to start out small, imagine a cookie. Chances are you wouldn’t put an entire cookie into your mouth. No, you begin to enjoy the cookie by taking one bite at a time. Apply this to the changes you want to make in your life. Make one small change everyday. Now you begin to design the life that your truly desire.
Start to believe that you deserve to have the life that you desire. After all, who’s life is it anyway?
