Hello again, Greenville!
It’s Kathryn and I’m back for my final post on my Sportsclub360 Experience. It’s hard to believe how fast this experience has flown by. As a recap, I started this journey in April and blogged weekly for the first 3 months and then after that I touched-based with you monthly until now. In the following post, I plan to give you a wrap-up of my thoughts on this health club, my favorite things at the Sportsclub, and any suggestions for people looking for a gym.
The Sportsclub gym is a great gym in the area for so many reasons. The first is how it is locally ran and operated. This gym is unique to the Greenville area so it certainly has a community feel. And who doesn’t like to shop local? You don’t feel like you are walking into a corporately owned gym and you can tell the workers at the gym are invested and love their job. The friendliness of the whole gym from the members, trainers, instructors, and employees makes it a place you feel welcomed.
Secondly, the gym is large with so many amenities that you want in a gym. You get nice locker rooms with showers, a steam room, and a sauna. There is also a small lap pool with a hot tub which deferientates it form other health clubs. Other features include many different workout machines and my favorite area of functional training with a cage of pull-up bars, weight-racks, and rowing machines. Lastly, the health club has amazing tennis courts, racquetball courts, and a basketball court for those who want to workout with others. Overall, I found all my workout and personal needs met at this gym.
Now that I listed some of the great things that the Sportsclub offers, I will share with you my favorite things. I spent most of my time in the functional training area due to the great weights and space to do circuits or Olympic weightlifting. This area helped me reach my fitness goals due to the variety of exercises available. Secondly, I enjoyed the variety and options of classes the club offered. From Barre, Spin, and Les Mills program classes, there was an option for anything I was feeling. I wish I would have attended more classes but very happy with the ones I did attend. Those are a few of my favorite things about the gym.
To wrap up my experience, I would 10/10 recommend this Sportsclub to anyone looking for a gym in the Greenville, Simpsonville, or Five Forks area. It is a welcoming environment that you feel supported through all the different programs and classes offered. I would highly suggest stopping by the gym to get information and a tour. I’m very grateful for Greenville360 to go through this experience and also to you (my readers) for following along on my journey.
Goodbye for now.
Kathryn
