8th Annual St. Paddy’s Day Dash & Bash at Fluor Field 8am
Join this festive, family-friendly 5K walk/run with post-race event benefits Palmetto Children’s Charity’s four beneficiaries: Camp Spearhead, Compass of Carolina, Harvest Hope Upstate and Pendleton Place for Children & Families. Injury Prevention & Training Stability with Upstate Spine & Sport at Catalyst Gym 10am-1pm
Learn about joint pre-requisites for loaded movement, bio-mechanics, core function and probably a lot of more about injury prevention to help anyone.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade along Main Street 11am
The annual parade will kick off at 11am from County Square and end at NOMA Square. The festivities will then continue (see more below) until 6pm.

St. Patrick’s Day Corned Beef & Beer Release at Iron Hill Brewery
Continue the Irish celebration with a special beer release of their O’Sullivan Stout, a traditional dry Irish stout served on nitrogen that is black in color with roasty malt flavor. They’ll also be serving up traditional Irish fare and Corned Beef & Cabbage braised with their Vienna Red Lager. To be featured all day Saturday and Sunday!
