Under the Sea at The Children’s Museum of the Upstate 9:30-11:30am
Learn about marine life & ocean ecosystems, discover how human action impact the ocean, experience a virtual reality underwater journey and meet a real-life mermaid with photo opportunities. This all-levels 60-minute class balances gentle movement and deep relaxation, making it accessible for beginners while still nourishing for experienced practitioners.
