Visual & Verse: An Exhibition of Poetry & Art Opening Reception at Metropolitan Arts Council 6-8pm
In collaboration with Glenis Redmond the Greenville Poet Laureate & MAC, invites you to the 3rd annual Visual & Verse exhibit. Featuring both poetry and visual art. 15 local artists were tasked to create a work on the theme “within”, and then 15 poets wrote an original work based off of each artwork. Together, words and images will invite audiences to step inward and outward at once, discovering how what is inside us also shapes how we see the world.
