The Home Builders Association of Greenville Southern Home & Garden Show is coming to town on Friday, February 27th through Sunday, March 1st at the Greenville Convention Center. If there’s one thing homeowners in the Upstate know, it’s that inspiration is best gathered in person – one conversation, one idea, one styled Booth at a time.
Thanks to Jeff Lynch and a long list of dedication sponsors, Greenville has a front row seat to professional insight. Whether you’re buying, selling, building, remodeling – or simply dreaming – the details of home ownership can feel overwhelming. The Southern Home & Garden Show exists to make that maze a little clearer and a lot more exciting.
On the DIY Stage, local specialists roll up their sleeves and share real-world advice, meeting you exactly where you are in your journey. From first time fixes to long-term renovations, there’s no such thing as a silly question – only smart solutions. This year HBA is partnering with Stephanie Swander Interiors for the designer showcase!
For the “show me” crowd, the Design Showcase is a must-see. Local designers and galleries have teamed up to create inspiring vignettes that blend form, function, and flair. Attendees are invited to linger, look closely, and vote for their favorite design before heading out the door.
Back by popular demand, the Artisan Market, introduced in 2024, returns with even more to savor. Talented artists line the aisle alongside farmers and food experts, creating a sensory experience that feels part gallery stroll, part farmers market, and part live cooking show. Watch chefs prepare their favorite dishes, sample fresh flavors, and find yourself chatting with master bakers long after you promised you’d “just take a quick look.”
