Things To Do in Greenville SC
Greenville will be counted among over 1,400 cities from 97 countries as part of an international movement, hosting Shabbat events on the Shabbat of 3-4 November 2023. Jewish and non-Jewish residents of all ages are invited to experience Shabbat together, learning about the Greenville Jewish Federation, the Shabbat holiday, Jewish unity, and Jewish values during a short program followed by a dinner featuring traditional Shabbat foods. The menu will be Parve (Kosher style), with a Kosher option available during registration.
Traditional Jewish/Israeli music will be performed live by a local trio of musicians featuring percussion, wind, and string instruments.
Doors will open at 4:30, and the program will begin at 5:15.
