Hog & Barrel: A Bourbon, BBQ, & Bacon Festival
The inaugural Hog & Barrel: A Bourbon, BBQ & Bacon Festival is coming this weekend and will offer everything from exclusive bourbon tastings to live music to a Sunday brunch will be featured in the event starting Friday, November 5th, and going through Sunday, November 7th, at the Old Cigar Warehouse in Downtown Greenville.

Are tickets still available?
The VIP tickets have sold out, but general admission tickets for both Saturday and Sunday are still available at hogandbarrelfestival.com.
What restaurants and distilleries will be there?
Distilleries taking part include: Alberta, Basil Hayden, Buffalo Trace, David Nicholson 1843, Davies County Bourbon, Elijah Craig, Evan Williams, Ezra Brooks, Four Roses, Heaven Hill, Hollow Creek, Jefferson’s Bourbon, Jim Beam, Knob Creek, Larceny, Lux Row, Maker’s Mark, Old Dominick, Old Overholt, Rabbit Hole, Rebel, Redemption, Russell’s Reserve, Six & Twenty, Smooth Ambler, TX Whiskey, and Wild Turkey. Restaurants are 4 Aces Kitchen & Cocktails, Bar Margaret, Bearded Bros BBQ, Biscuit Head, Charleston Sports Pub of Greenville, Flying Biscuit, Le Petit Croissant, Liquid Catering, Maestro Bistro and Dinner Club, Moe’s Original BBQ, Nard’s Backyard BBQ, Passerelle Bistro, Sonny’s Grill, Southernside Brewing Co., Tupelo Honey, White Duck Taco, Willy Taco, and more.
Will there be anything besides bourbon?
Yes! Sierra Nevada is the official beer partner in case you want something else with some kick. Of course, they have water.
What else will there be to do?
Hog & Barrel will feature plenty of live music, as well as culinary and cocktail competitions and a game row. Enjoy the Jake Bartley Band and 3 & Twenty during Saturday’s “Bourbonpalooza” from 12:30-5:30pm. as top Greenville chefs prepare their favorite barbecue recipes while area mixologists craft unique Old Dominick Bourbon cocktails for guests to enjoy. From 10:30am-2pm. Sunday, the “Makin’ Bacon Bourbon Brunch” will feature classic brunch cocktails with a bourbon twist, such as Evan Williams 1783 Apple Cider Bourbon Mimosas and Bourbon Bloody Marys. After brunch, guests can dance the afternoon away to the talented Corey Stevenson, who will be playing live from the Larceny Bourbon Stage.
Anything else to know?
Hog & Barrel Festival also will be raising funds to support The Culinary Institute of the Carolinas at Greenville Technical College. The school provides students with basic food knowledge and culinary techniques for classical and current trends. All courses are built from a foundation of competencies required for American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC) accreditation, which means their program stays current with industry expectations.
