Meet our new intern, Gram Brownless of NEXT High School…
Hello! My name is Gram Brownlee. I am currently a senior at NEXT High School, and I am working as an intern with Greenville360 during this fall semester.
I’m excited to work with Greenville360 this year to help share what I love about this area, from the local food to the large scale festivals. I have always had an interest in journalism and history, and I especially love to learn the stories of places and the people who live and work there. Additionally, I am a hiker, mountain biker, and all-around outdoorsy person, all of which feed into my love for Greenville as my home of nine years. I am continuing to develop my writing skills so that I can share these stories and experiences and help people discover all that this town has to offer.
Writing is my primary passion, but taking pictures, gathering information, and making connections are very important skills in the field that this internship is helping me build. Throughout my time here I will be using these to share some of Greenville’s best and biggest events, businesses, and locations as we move into the fall 2020 season. I am grateful for this opportunity to build on my skills with the sort of experience that cannot be found in a standard school class, as I plan on continuing this line of work into college and beyond. Until then, I look forward to adding my voice to the many as I work for Greenville360 in the upcoming months.
Bye for now,
Gram Brownlee
NEXT Student & Greenville360 Intern
