Flat Out Under Pressure 2019 Exhibit at Metropolitan Arts Council 9am-5pm
On Friday, June 14th, local artists came to MAC to have their blank canvas stamped with the Flat Out Under Pressure logo. Then each artist has 24 hours to compete a work of art, 107 artists returned with completed works of art. The art was then juried and hung as an exhibit (8 winners selected!) Come see an entire exhibit created in just 24 hours! The exhibit will be up through July 26th. For more info and the winners click here.

Crews-in for a Brews-in with Freehub Bicycles Downtown 6-8pm
Join them now every Monday for a leisurely 5-mile bike ride starting at their Freehub Bicycles Downtown (located along the Reedy River) and travel to the new The Whale and then Liability Brewing before returning back. You will enjoy a 6-ounce pour of your choice at each location.

Blind Date with Pinot Noir at Joe’s Place Bookstore 7-8:30pm
It’s their monthly wine tasting event that will feature 3 different wines from different vineyards and locations. In June, it’s all pinot noirs! You’ll get to taste each wine, write down your own tasting notes and paired with delicious food. Reservations are encouraged, so call (864) 558-0828.

Thursday, June 27th
Iron Caterer Kick Off with My Wedding Group at Old Cigar Warehouse 7-9pm
They’re inviting chefs from The Uptown Company and Heirloom – A Milltown Eatery to go head-to-head for the last slot to compete in their 3rd annual Iron Caterer Throwdown that will be held August 8th at Revel Event Center. Your ticket will include New Orleans styled food, discounts off Iron Catered tickets, drinks, swag bag and your chance to vote your favorite chef into the last slot.
